1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it
- You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt)
- The item must not be classified as a "final sale" or non-returnable product
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase
- Opened electrical components or diagnostic tools (for safety reasons)
- Custom or personalized items
- Digital products, downloadable content, or service subscriptions
- Items damaged due to misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modifications
3. How to Initiate a Return

- Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2 business days
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging with the RMA number clearly marked
- Ship the item to the return address provided in your RMA confirmation
4. Return Shipping Costs

- Defective or incorrect items: We will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you
- Change of mind: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items shipped without tracking
5. Refund Process & Timeline
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
6. Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item and would like an exchange rather than a refund, please contact us at [email protected]. We will ship the replacement item at no additional cost once we receive the original.

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe:
