- Canada: All provinces and territories
- Europe: EU member states and the United Kingdom
- International: Select countries — availability checked at checkout

2. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimated from the date of shipment, not the order date:
- Standard Shipping (US): 5–7 business days
- Express Shipping (US): 2–3 business days
- Canada: 7–14 business days
- Europe: 10–21 business days
- International: 14–30 business days
Note: Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, holidays, weather conditions, or carrier delays. These timelines are estimates and not guarantees.
3. Shipping Costs

4. Order Processing

- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day
- You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website. If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
6. Delays & Lost Packages
- Delayed packages: If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please allow an additional 5 business days before contacting us
- Lost packages: If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received the package, check with neighbors and building management first. Contact us within 7 days and we will file a claim with the carrier
- Damaged packages: If your package arrives damaged, take photos of the packaging and contents, then contact us within 48 hours for a replacement or refund
